Make a Payment

CFL Property Group’s payment portal allows tenants an easy way to pay online. You may make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments via credit or debit cards.

Click the Make a Payment button below to launch the  EBizCharge portal. If you are a first-time user, first click the Create Account link below the Log In button. You will then be asked to provide an email address that you registered with us. Please call Michelle at (407) 597-3202 or Tristan at (352) 800-8066 if you have any questions.

Once you supply the email address, subsequent screens will lead you through the account creation process so that you can make your first payment. Please be aware that CFL Property Group only accepts Vista, Master Card, and Discover.
